"My hygienist was very friendly and professional with my cleaning. However, the office informed me it was a requirement every 6 months if I wanted cleaning that I must have x-rays or they will not clean my teeth. I understand yearly but why the unnecessary radiation?! I will be looking for a new dentist."

"Dr. Catrett did a great job on my long overdue crown. She even identified that a full crown would not be needed and placed an inlay which allowed most of the natural tooth to stay. It's great to have a partner who is willing to take a more conservative plan. Also being a new patient moving from a well established practice I was impressed with the modern technology they use. "I used to love it here but when I went in for a periodontal cleaning at the end of August that all changed. They did numerous xrays, then polished my teeth. Dr. Rocky came in, never looked in my mouth and told me I needed 5 crowns. They had just completed 6 extractions, 1 root canal and 2 crowns in the previous 4 months. I have partials and wanted to get started on implants. He said he didn't want to discuss till after the crowns were completed. I was charged for a periodontal cleaning for just polishing my teeth. Done with this dental office. Went to Black Mountain, love them. I detest being scammed."
