"I was initially referred to this dental office by another Gentle Dental location for a front tooth implant. My early experiences were positive; the staff was friendly and helpful, and the procedure itself was almost pain-free, except for the expected healing discomfort. Consequently, I left a five-star review, believing everything had been successful. However, after healing, my previous dentist informed me that the implant was incorrectly positioned — too far back and too straight, which hindered my ability to close my mouth fully for an accurate impression. This issue is particularly critical for a front tooth implant, requiring the implant to be placed either farther forward or at an angle. Now, I'm facing the possibility of undergoing the entire procedure again, along with another three to four months of healing time. This setback is deeply disappointing, especially after my prolonged anticipation for this procedure. Adding to my frustration, after three months, I was notified of additional out-of-pocket costs. This isn't the first time I've encountered unexpected expenses with Gentle Dental; after reading other reviews, it seems to be a common occurrence. As a loyal customer who has used Gentle Dental for various services, including oral surgery, Invisalign, and general cleanings, and having spent thousands of dollars, this pattern of unexpected costs is disconcerting. The need for a repeat procedure, along with these additional financial burdens, has significantly dampened my overall experience with the company."
