"I went in there to this shop, which was not the name of the shop any longer it's called pro Auto shop which is a complete joke because my car was making a sound on one of many pulleys. I pulled in there just to ask a simple question, Which pulley may be loose so I may go home and replace it or simply tighten it up. The manager who was bald ,very specific looking came out yelled at his employee and told them not to help me. If you wanted someone to look at it I would have to pay just to answer a question I had.. He had a condescending tone with me and his employee . Right in front of me..wich was very, very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the employees working under this man and as far as him running his shop there was no room for any parking in the entire shop because there were so many cars back up and just splitting there. It looks like work weeks The manager is highly disrespectful and obviously uneducated. Most of his time is dealing with bad phone calls all day. I truly feel for that young man who was yelled at. Get it to get her. Don't bring your car here"
"I paid Jesus to come do my diagnostic because I needed my timing belt and components replaced along with brakes, rotors, struts and shocks. He kept in contact until the day of appointment. Just like other mobile mechanics they make you pay for a diagnostic even just to have things done no matter what it is and then have you make an appointment and keep in contact then they disappear because charging people for a diagnostic is a quick buck that you can’t get back legally. Just like the 5 other mobile mechanics I wouldn’t recommend. That’s bad business from the start."
