"After years of dealing with the car dealership trying to get me to do repairs (which seemed to change each time I would go in for an oil change), Virginia Auto is a breath of fresh air! My air conditioning stopped working, always fun in Arizona. I called them, they got me right in, did a through check of my SUV and went through everything with no pressure, answered all my questions and were just so nice and a pleasure to deal with. Besides the air conditioning, there were a few other repairs that needed to be addressed. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Will definitely return and recommend."

"Hands down, the absolute best service I’ve ever experienced!!! When my car broke down, it just happened to be next to their shop and Michelle came out to help move it off the street. I ultimately chose to have them diagnose my vehicle. They worked with me from start to finish and even allowed me to keep my car there afterwards while I was out of town. Not sure if it’s common practice, but a prior mechanic shop charged me a daily storage fee. That conversation never even came up here. They’re friendly, positive, beyond helpful and an overall great team!! Thanks guys!!!"
