"I went in thinking I would go get a couple of opinions before settling on a provider but I was so impressed I don’t feel the need to get a second opinion. It was the little personal touches this location had that really wowed me. It was our first ortho consultation and the minute we walked in the staff was greeting my son (7yr old) by his first name. They even had his name on a welcome board! We got to meet Dr Olson in person and he really listened to my concerns and was patient to answer each and every one of my questions. I myself had braces years ago and during the course of 3 yrs I never saw the same Dr twice so to meet and speak with Dr Olson really gave me the confidence I needed to keeping my son here as a patient. Dr Olson even took the time to talk with my son and explain to him why he was there and what the goal was. They made him feel a part of the plan, like I said before it was just the many personal touches. I highly recommend this facility. Five stars just isn’t enough!"
