"I adore Dr. Turner. What makes me give a 1 star review is his front office staff. They have recently added new team members (probably within the last 6-9 months) and the patient experience has deteriorated. They no longer call to schedule you for annual visits (X-rays, etc) and when you do call and ask why, the snobby guy says “I don’t know.” He doesn’t apologize, say he will look into it, just gives you a glib response and carries on. Then, when you do schedule your appointment and say it needs to be an annual visit, the same guy doesn’t get it right and only schedules a cleaning. Fast forward to today - I tried calling to let them know I would arrive either right on time or a couple minutes late. The snobby guy answers, immediately places me on hold and I stay on hold until I reach the location. I walk in, the front desk girl is on the phone and snobby guy is puttering around on the side - not on the phone. Then, I waited 20 minutes for my 11am appt and asked how much longer it would be. Snobby guy says “oh, yeah. She just came out and said she was running 20 minutes late, so it will be another 20 minutes.” Were you going to tell me? That’s when I found out they scheduled me wrong. I advised them I couldn’t stay and they needed to reschedule me for another day and due to their error, I expected to be scheduled within a week. They couldn’t do that and just stared at me - no apologies, no accountability, nothing. 100% wouldn’t recommend until snobby guy and the clueless girl are gone."

"teeth were in pain, turns out I had to do two root canals. Both were done in a couple weeks! they worked with my insurance and I had to pay a reasonable price out of pocket. thank you for doing such a good job. will definitely be back."

"I liked Dr Turner for a long time because he doesn't suggest any work, it's only when you have work done do you know he's not a very good dentist. I had a tooth causing me pain, I begged him to work on it, finally he did, thousands of dollars later tooth hurts worse than ever and now I have a crown in my mouth that's twice the size of the original tooth. He did a root canal that took all of 3 minutes and then he was right back to flirting with his staff, I had to repay a competent dentist to redo all his work. He's a likable guy but a terrible dentist. Good luck if you choose him as your dentist."

"Nothing but great things to say! Got me in at the last minute and I wasn’t even an existing patient. Provided me with a temporary fix on the spot at no charge and presented me with all options ( the most minimal options to the most extensive) when the inevitable will occur. Did not try to persuade me to take the most extensive and expensive option ( in fact, that would involve referral to an oral surgeon), but rather pointed out the pros and cons of each route- knowing that some things are more important or less important to different people. They X-ray you in the same room as treatment.Dr. And staff were very professional and courteous while also very funny and presenting a relaxed atmosphere. My stress level went way down 2 minutes into the consultation. I booked both my husband and myself for preventative care in December (they were booked up until then)"
