"I’ve been a loyal customer and for the first time I was 5 minutes late to an appointment and someone else had taken my place. I’m always on time and usually have to wait 10+ minutes past my appointment time. I understand they have business to make but now know that money is more important than a loyal customer. They do have a sign that states they can refuse service to anyone so I’m guessing that’s broad regardless of the situation. Very disappointed. They tried making me wait an hour and unfortunately I did not have time; hence why I scheduled the appointment."

"I came in as black woman asked if the lady could fix my toenail . She had one lady in her chair & there was no one else in the salon . My toe would have took her 5 minutes max but turned me away, said she would not have time . Two white women walked right in & I waited in the car to see if she’d turn them away . She didn’t , I’m disgusted how i was treated and would not recommend coming here ."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Rude employees. $120 for 2 mani-pedis? Without tip? I’ve never paid more than $100 with tip for nail care. Way overpriced for a run of the mill salon on its best day. Don’t bother there’s way better places with respectful staff."

"The tech who did my acrylics was so meticulous and took her time. The tech who did my gel polish was also very detail-oriented. They obviously take their jobs seriously and care about the client and final product. Will definitely be back!"
