"This place is all for money, they overcharge for services. I was seen because I had a temporary bridge done by another dental office, I wasn’t aware it was only temporary, but I went to Surprise dental care because the bridge came out. They informed me that I also needed a root canal and refused to do any temporary work until I could pay for the permanent bridge and root canal which was about $2000 out of pocket. In the meantime my insurance at my job changed. The receptionist would call me constantly to see if I was able to get the work done. When I received my new insurance card I called to get the new pricing...$3000 out of pocket with my new insurance. Stressed and at this point because my bridge has now completely broken, I went to a new dentist today and the charge for all of the same work is $1339 out of pocket. The dental assistant also stated that I have great dental insurance as they cover most of my work. They also stated had I came in to them initially they would have temporarily fixed my bridge which Surprise Dental refused to do. They are now working to fix my broken bridge temporarily until they can get me in for my permanent bridge in 2 weeks. So basically rather than help me Surprise Dental made my situation worse as they refused to assist temporarily from the beginning and they overcharge."
