"Saw Bre today and she did an amazing job on my son's hair. He likes a somewhat difficult hairstyle and everyone else always does it wrong or messes it up but she did it perfectly. She was also personable and friendly."

"I had came in yesterday for my child’s haircut when coming in I was greeted by a nice women and waited because she was cutting hair after waiting another young women came out and seem upset I was there she thanked me came and went to check the light to see if the open light was off she asked if we check in online I stated yes and she thanked me had my son sit in chair and placed the apron on him. She asked what he wanted and me not knowing and usually father doing it I stated to clean it up and shape as I’m unsure of what it’s called and than stated like a line up and trim after she asked if I had a picture and I said I can find one she than was agitated like I was a problem and look at my child who hair is curly and different texture like she didn’t want to touch it my son see her face in the mirror and looked at me I than asked him what’s wrong? She at that time assumed I was speaking to her and started saying how she been working all day the bathroom is out and no one has cared to fix it and her manager was over working them and I than stopped her and said mam I’m sorry your experience that but I came for a hair cut and quit frankly It a little unprofessional to talk about the company your working for and the issues I’m sure there’s HR for this after she seem pretty upset and ask what number I than stated I’m unsure because I don’t do hair and if she could kindly tell me or recommend as she is the professional after I asked if the lady next to her would know because At this point I’m questioning if she knew what she was doing…from there she than said she don’t speak English and keep starring at my son hair so I proceeded to bring a picture up after she yuans takes of the apron and tells me I can’t always get things my way and we’re sitting there confused I asked what the problem was and she said I should know what I want and number before I come in with a very hostile attitude I than asked was I once ever rude to you came hostile or anyway disrespectful and she fold her arms and tells me I offended her by saying she the professional and she won’t touch his hair my son felt very insecure and at that time the customer next to him spoke to the hair dresser who stated she do his hair as the girl Crystal walked away and slamming the door I was in shock upset and surprised someone with that attitude would be working for a company like that the sweet lady than proceeded to apologize as she looked at my son in surprise we both walked away me disappointed for not only my son but the way the stylist treated my son and me and talked bad about the company and her manager I’d like to say on the other note the other stylist who tried to apologize and help was the sweetest and I hope she gets the praise as she apologized gave me a card the stylist name and manager and advised call back and the manager will help me I’m still haven’t but wanted to leave my review in hopes the right eyes see it!"

"I usually go to big salons, but with the economy I'm just doing trims right now a lady's gotta save! I've been here twice in the past few months after losing hair, the owner & the person who helped me last were amazing. She cut my hair so it doesn't look as thin & now I feel confident n wonderful. Thank you for turning such a stressful moment into something positive!"

"Don't go here!! I would give 0 stars if I could! I took my daughter here and I told them 3 times how I wanted it cut and they didn't do what I asked at all!! I had to take her somewhere else to get it corrected and some of where she cut can't be fixed and my daughter's hair has to grow for it to be fixed."
