"I was happy with everyone there but the receptionist Amanda! The first time we met I said hello 2x and was completely ignored. The 2nd time not one receptionist in the front said Hello there was 3! They all looked at me and never bothered to greet me. I got charged for X-rays that I obviously didn't know aren't covered- I've never had that happen before at ANY other office! -Extra $79. At my third and final appointment I was ignored fir 40 min. Amanda said "Well you didn't say hello either." I am not the one who works there, it is YOUR job to greet everyone that comes in for a service! I won't be coming back. I need to find an office where I'm happy to walk in and I'm greeted with a smile- a basic hello & welcome would have been nice! ✌"

UPDATE: After a few visits, and procedures, I feel my original review was not as positive as it could be! Excellent, caring services on multiple occasions. You are in good hands with this team!!!"

My wife and I feel confident with our preventative and corrective service provided by Dr Hammond and his staff. We have never had a problem with access or the quality of the work performed. If that should ever happen, we would feel comfortable talking with Dr Hammond to resolve the situation."

"Office was warm and welcoming, with exceptional reception area...down to the most comfortable chairs! Office staff was friendly and knowledgeable regarding my needs and insurance coverage. Although the office was busy, I was taken back on time with little wait for Dr. Hammond to see me. My procedure was completed quickly and efficiently so that I was out the door within a short period of time. I would definitely recommend this practice."
