"I went in for a haircut today the Great Clips Avondale Fiesta location and I was impressed. Stephanie was my stylist and she did a wonderful job, it was the best haircut I’ve ever had at a Great Clips location ever. Stephanie took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and was very attentive, she even went above and beyond and went back through and cleaned up my split ends. When she was done, I could run my fingers through my hair with ease, it was soft and smooth again. Thank you Stephanie!!!"

"Do not get your hair cut by the woman named Camila. She messed up my hair! I have pieces of hair that are longer than the rest of my hair and I got a simple trim. I ask for a bob hair cut with curtain bangs and she even messed up my bangs. Now I need to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed."

"Uneven fade. When I mentioned it was uneven the chick argued with me that it was even, offered to try again cutting more off than I wanted. Still ended up uneven. Attitude off the bat. It’s on me for going to a great clips. Won’t be back. 2 stars cause at the end of the day my hair is shorter and it was a cheap."

"I have a photo shoot for my work tomorrow so last night I went to this location to get a simple trim, just a half inch off. I explained this three times and also explained three times that I wanted my ears to still be covered. Again “just a half inch off every where Nothing more”.. she then proceeded to do the exact opposite of what I asked and by the time I noticed it was too late...when I explained this to the barber she did not offer any solutions she just turned me away from the mirror and kind of stopped cutting my hair didn’t check to see if it was even and then charged me full price.. she was nice but it was very hard to tell if she could understand me at all. I could not be more unhappy with how horrible my hair looks..now I’m stuck like this for the holidays"
