"Make sure you clarify what service you want. They are notorious for saying one thing and quoting one price but when you get there you have to wait almost an hour for them to give you a price. I have been there more than times where I have made an appointment just to wait an hour past my appointment. Other times they tell me only after waiting an hour past my appointment that they can’t help me."
"the nail technician program is getting out of hand. you pay so much for nothing. the supplies provided are useless and low quality. They're refusing to provide us with the basic monomer and polymer so we as students cant even practice. they make the students clean the entire school at the end of every day. when signing up for this "beauty college" i was not aware my monthly payments of $400 were for me to scrub toilets and mop floors. no clue what that is suppose to teach us or if maybe they just want to save money on a cleaning team??"
"as a current student of the nail technician program i have nothing but regret in joining this school. we have to pay $1000 for our starting kit which includes cheap nail tips which i still i havent used to this day from how useless they are. the foot and hands we are provided to practice on are also low quality and hard to work with. we used to be able to use the schools monomer and polymer supplies but now they're taking that away from us and want us to buy our own products to practice with. which makes absolutely no sense. whats the point of going to school if you have to pay for the tools you need to learn. i understand buying your own add on products like rhinestones and such but if the basic needs cant be supplied by the school then what the point."
"Brought family members with no appointment and were given service right away. The staff is very nice and pays attention to what the customer needs. Place is very spacious and looks clean. Prices are very inexpensive compare to other places. The place has full service for both adults (men and women) and small children. There is a nail salon area as well. The building also has a cosmetology and hairstylist school right next door if anyone is interested in studying this type of career."
