"I went in as a walk in during lunch to get an eyebrow and lip wax. I love my brows. The service was great and I was in and out in no time! I found my new place for eyebrows!"

"Very RUDE. I stop by to get my acrylic nails off. I noticed shortly after getting them done two weeks ago they were turning brown under my nails and needed to get them off or fixed or filed or something. So I came here. I was told they didn’t have time - I hr. Waite. But his vibe was like I don’t want to do your nails… go home and soak them. So I left fill in a kind of way because they are nail shop and they were a few people not with customers. Anyways I get in my car and decide to call and ask if they take walk-ins and if they had anything available right now? He asked how far did I live? I said five minutes he said he could do my nails if I could be there in five minutes, which was a full set and a pedicure, I had no intentions of getting a full set of or pedicure. Just wanted to see if my intuition was correct all of a sudden he had time. Wow."

"I have been coming to this location for a while now for the consistent brow clean ups and the occasional pedicure. I have never been let down until as of recently, I came to get my brows done and Tracy removed part of the front of my brow and shaped them unevenly. I was never presented a mirror to see the after, but I trusted it because I have gotten my brows done here consistently prior. I have never really been disappointed and have had enjoyed the service, but the response is what brought me to writing this review (which I never do). I came back in the speak with Tracy the lady who did my brows. While the exchange was gentle, it came back to denial and lack of accountability. I also was not offered a refund even though I showed extensive evidence of my my brow shape and usual look. I was very sad due to the fact that it has taken me long to grow my eyebrows to the length they were. The dialogue ended in me being told to grow them back and that she was not in error. I am not even angry writing this but instead deeply disappointed. I recommend not getting your brows done here if you want something consistent and reliable, I will not be attending again. Below I have attached a picture photo of how my brows looked when I went before this time and the other is the result of the most recent appointment."

"Sigh.. I used to be a regular customer here. They were great. Honestly, don’t bother going in past 5 PM. The techs rush and get lazy. Two previous times I have asked them to remove my acrylic and give me a fresh set for my pedi and both times they say “a fill will work.” I came in today asking for chrome almond nails and the tech doing my nails, continued to say “you’ll pay more, more work is more pay” I also asked him nicely to even out my nails as they were all different sizes and he says “I don’t like picky” mind you I had already given him the chance to keep my nails short as he pleased to do, even after I told him I didn’t want them short looking like ticks. You be the judge of the outcome of my request (look at those pinkies) . Very sad. These are my “almond” nails."
