"NEVER GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE. If I could rate negative stars, I would. Been scared to get my hair done since it’s very long. Put my trust into the hairstylist, Jessica G. Told her I was scared to do layers as my hair is super long and one length, she reassured me that it would be fine. Immediately took notice she was complaining to another employee about when customers ask for “butterfly haircut”. Didn’t think it was respectful to complain about a service customers asked for, especially in front of one. Also was ranting about how stylist cannot layer yet she is a stylist who can’t do a simple job of layering hair herself. Had to tell her how to do her job correctly by asking her TWICE to blend my layers before I left. When I got home I realized how choppy my hair was and the only solution is cutting most of my hair off. This experience has left me with nothing but a bad haircut and trauma. My hair used to be past my butt and now it’s choppy with chunks of my hair missing."
