"This was my second experience with this shop. 1st time my daughter who has long spiral curled hair went to get her haircut. They cut it straight across and ended up looking like a bush on her back. So, I took her back in hopes they would fix it. The stylist chopped layers into the ends of her hair. I figured they just don’t know how to cut curly hair. So, I went the 2nd time for a haircut. My hair was to the middle of my back and I wanted a long bob (above the shoulder length). The lady cuts it one length and asked do I want layers? Uhm, do you not know what a bob haircut is? (Is what I wanted to ask) Instead I just said yes. She, pulled my hair out like she knew how to cut layers, but ended up only cutting the top part of what was supposed to be a layer. She attempted to face shape my hair. Which you just go along the face and trim downwards. Instead she pulled my hair out again like she was going to layer it, but chopped it. Didn’t even ask if I wanted face shaping, but after she chopped it. She said oh that piece goes perfect as if it was already like that. I wish in both instances they would have just said I didn’t know how to do those haircuts. Overall, our hair didn’t look terrible because it’s easy to cover the mistakes by styling. However, I would never recommend this place and we will not be returning. If anything we should of gone back for a refund. It’s just hair though it’ll grow back."

"I have been looking for a new hair person for a while. My granddaughters friend goes here and just got a really great cut, so I figured let's give them a try. I LOVE this salon. The decor and atmosphere are fabulous, watching all of the girls interact with each other, and the clients gave off a great vibe. We went to Angie, and by far, one of the best cuts ever. She was amazing! I don't ask for anything complex, but other people never seem to understand what I'm asking for(basically a shag with whispy bangs). Angie hit the mark. This is definitely my new salon. Based on what I saw and the pictures of everyone's work, I would feel comfortable with anyone there."

She was so sweet and communicative through out the whole process, it made me feel comfortable and optimistic. The whole team has fun with each other too so the atmosphere is on par along with the performance. Thank you!"
