"Stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. Got a cut and color. Wasn't happy with either. I asked for blonde balayage and she just gave me blonde highlights. Didn't even touch my roots either. She then roughly chopped my ends and when I asked what she was doing she said my hair would look less fluffy at the ends. But by doing so, my hair looks completely butchered. Will not ever go back."

I came in for a color/bleaching correction (these are not easy) My hair was damaged, bleached, and toned horribly at another salon back in Oregon. I had to wait a full year before I could bleach it again. I did my research and found this salon that had excellent reviews. After multiple consultations at different salons of course I went with Chace. I was very skeptical on letting someone else touch my hair again, but I was put at ease with Tiffany’s expertise. Tiffany has over 30+ years of color/bleaching experience. I have been coloring my hair for 20 years, and Tiffany by far is the most experienced I have ever came across. She was able to lighten my hair by lifting it first and then bleaching it all in one session. I had extremely dark almost black roots grown out. I’m pretty much platinum blonde now and she kept it healthy. She was so kind, professional, and very smart. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners while there. Talk about nice and down to earth people. I will definitely be coming back. This is now my “home” salon. I really appreciate you guys.
