"Just disappointed. I came here years ago and they just seem to not listen to what YOU as the customer wants. This time I asked for them to be shorter 3 times and got a yank on my hand and attitude each time from the guy for him to take off the tiniest amount even though I said way shorter. The first time I came they just completely screwed up my nails and I was left embarrassed of my nails for a week until I got them off. These were my early Valentines nails and they couldn’t even do a decent heart design. Look at my reviews to see the other nail place I go to is AMAZING. This place picks and chooses who they like and ALL customers should be treated the same and get what they ask for. Nail tech even tried to tell me he’s GOING to do powder instead of gel and I had to respond 3 times in different ways basically saying NO and the powders were so ugly colors like let the customer get what they ask for. I was told before they started it would be $58 for this set and it ended up being $$79 so there was no tip left since he stopped doing my nails as well as started someone else’s entire full set while I was waiting for my simple heart design and even the girl he was working on told him you can finish her nails? It was a very very bad experience overall and it sucks because I just moved back to this side of town and they are closest to me and I really was hopeful they could redeem themselves and just messed up everything again. 0 stars if I could"

"I took my out of town friend here because it had the highest rating in my area, and she didn't have a chance to get her nails done before coming. Her nails are her own with acrylic overlay. She had lift on her thumb. Instead of cutting off the lift and laying new acrylic, he completely cut off her nail and put a tip on. He did not attempt to match the shape of her natural nails, other than coffin shape. The nail had absolutely no curve. He didn't match the length. He laid the acrylic totally flat and thin, so absolutely no apex. He also was not social at all, only giving instructions, and sometimes that was just pointing and making an I distinct sound. It cost $55, but was not worth $5. After getting home, I removed the two nails he did and fixed them myself with full cover gel tips and overlayed with gel until she can get back in to her salon back home. I should have just done the whole job myself."

"Looking for a new salon as my tech left. Made an appointment to get a dip color change. Walked in and they seemed inconvenienced that I came in. Started with a lady, got handed off to a different man that didn't speak to me. Argued with his coworker about something right in front of me. Requested matte finish, think he forgot as it was put over a gloss finish. Matte is peeling off of every nail. Spent sixty dollars. Don't think I'll be going back."

"I generally like to stay positive and leave good reviews but I did not have a good experience here. Going to a new nail salon is always a bit of a gamble but I figured since this salon was highly rated I’d try them out. They must have had an off day. I went in for a dip manicure and removal of the last one. It took the man doing my nails a few times to get off the last polish and even then, it didn’t fully come off. I figured the old one was just on there that well. The manicure itself was great (hence the 2 stars) and he was very meticulous with it. The dip application on the other hand… The whole ordeal took 2 hours of my time and $65 of my money. To my discredit, I didn’t mention anything at the time. I mean, this very nice dude just worked on my nails for 2 hours. But I’m so disappointed in the result. To save my nails, I’ll still leave it for my usual month to avoid over processing it. But I’m so disappointed at how it went. I’ll find my Phoenix nail salon one of these days…"

"Super clean, very nice people and cares about your opinion. enjoyed it very much since I don't get my nails done that much. Was on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I will be back again!!"
