"Absolutely worse experience of my life!! Please do not go to this establishment. I wanted to have my lashes done for my 30th birthday. I went to Glam Lash Studio on Thursday the day before my trip and as soon as I left I looked in the mirror with my contacts in because you need to take them off for the extensions and they were extremely uneven and all clumped up. By the end of the night all the lashes were almost gone on one side but you could see all the glue on the lash. I messaged her as soon as I got home to let her know how everything turned out and if she could please fix it before my trip. I explained to her how important it was for me and she never responded. After messaging her three times she responded at 9:13 P.M that she was still with a client and she would respond later. Never received anything since! I woke up the next morning and my eyes were stuck together barely being able to open my eyes, crusted all over the eyelid and bottom lid, and in so much pain. I messaged her again asking her to fix it because now it was odd the point of needing a touch up they needed to be removed! No response and I had to go to someone last minute to remove the lashes and glue and she said it was THE WORSE case of lash extensions she’s ever seen!! She said she has nightmares of people’s lashes looking this bad and took her 2.5 hours to remove when it should only take 5-10 min! She explained to me how lashes should really look and how awful she did in every way. I never am a mean person but people need to know to not go to her she will ruin your lashes and your planned event of getting these lashes done!"

I need to find out where she went to have these terrible lashes removed because my lashes look like large umbrellas. She was not understanding at all and I would definitely never go back to this spot. Overall just terrible customer service and tried to also charge for removal and everything else. Save your time and money!"
