Bottom line she should close her schedulicity account if she does not want to honor reservations done on it."

"So I found a deal on Groupon for a Brazilian blowout. I saw that Gina.Saldana is the one that runs this place. I wasn’t able to get a phone number off Google, so I had to call the Elcon wellness center to get her contact info. I was confused by the advertisement on Groupon for the Brazilian blowout, so I was trying to get an understanding of the Brazilian blowout service with Gina. I have had Brazilian blowouts before and usually when you go for a Brazilian blowout. They start you off with about 10 pumps out the bottle. The 10 pumps out the bottle average about $250. For me it takes about 23 pumps so, I pay around $350. I was able to contact Gina and I asked her how many pumps does $100 cover since that is how much the Groupon is for. She proceeded to tell me one pump. I was confused by this, because who can use one pump of the treatment that only treats probably two strands of hair. I tried to get an understanding of what she meant, and I think there was a miscommunication and I was trying to explain and ask the question again, but she got frustrated when I told her that was a lot for one pump. I honestly think she thought I was saying it was a expensive for the full treatment because $100 is actually cheap if it’s for the whole head. I lost the call with her so I called her back and come to find out, she hung up on me, because when she answered the second time, she yelled at me and told me that if I couldn’t afford it, I can go somewhere else and it hung up on me again. I don’t know who this lady is, but she’s very unprofessional and should not own a business if she treats her potential clients this way, I would be afraid to even be her client if she treats people this way. She seems like the type to argue with you if you are not happy with her service if she does something wrong to your hair good luck with that!!"

"This is an awesome place. The people are very nice, and though they prefer appointments, they allowed me to come in as a walk in. I have very curly hair, and the lady did a great job on my short haircut. I would totally recommend going here, and I will be going back for my next hair cut. Perfect!"
