"Dont rent out a unit here. It's been a roller coaster with them especially when the keep firing management and saying one thing and doing another. The internet is horrible and when we signed we were told 400 was a holding deposit not a cleaning fee. Not only that we were told it was non refundable and that it was gonna go to our last weeks of rent and that didnt happend. Now we are being charged for every last week and they are keeping our 400.00 on top of that. Horrible place. Dont rent a studio here."
