"I've been searching for another nail salon after my favorite spot changed owners. Found this location, and prices are about average. They do get fairly busy quickly. However, they do try to get you in as soon as possible. So far, no issues, their polite, and you get little discounts they send out. For my birthday, I was able to get a 15% discount and I've received even a 10% one a few times. I also am signed up with their rewards program too."

"They were friendly but extremely poor quality of work. It was my first time, the person they assigned to do my mani pedi had no clue what he was doing. My pedicure had no maintenance just polish. I asked for S&S dip for my nails, he stated he didn’t know what that was, the owner comes over and tells him, i say if he’s unaware I’ll just do gel. She insists no, he’s aware. When we start, he had no clue, he puts gel base on my nails and dips it into the powder then into the light… that is not how you do s&s dip. My nails are paper thin with a thin layer of powder just sitting on top of them. He then puts a gel coat on top and that’s it. Never again. I don’t fault him because he’s doing what he was told and he was so kind. I’ll never return."

"I usually like it here, But this time the lady who did my eyebrows completely messed up. I told her to clean it up and not too much, and She did wayyy more than that! ! She plucked all my front hairs of my eyebrows and they are extremely short, and im sad because i had plans later today and my eyebrows are ruined… She didn’t show me when she was done and i was rushed out the door, i noticed when i left… Im just upset! They’re so short and i can fill 3 fingers in the space of my eyebrows…. My eyebrows were so full before :("

"First timer. Very nice ladies but the job was very rushed. My nails were not cut properly. The removal of the prior (polish) was never removed. I can tell they just wanted to get in and out. I was still charged $50.00 and I could have done this at home!! I will never go again! Usually my mother and/or aunt/grandma likes to go and get gift cards from there but I will no longer be gifting them with The Nail Room Giftcard like in previous years. Nice ladies just rush job."

"I have gone to the Nail Room since before I was able to drive myself, (about 9 years) and I have always been satisfied! The salon is very clean and well decorated, and all the services they provide are always amazing and relaxing. All the staff are very nice and compliant with customers around the clock. I have no poor words for this establishment and I sincerely insist on you, a potential future customer, checking The Nail Room out!"
