"The place is overpriced and multiple nail techs have attitudes. The environment make you feel like you are annoying them for even being there. I was surprised they were not busy, now I know why. This place would be awesome if they had some staff changes and a more welcoming environment."

"So I was a little nervous coming into this nail salon because of the reviews it had. I wanted to take my mom out for a daughter and mother date because I had the day off work. As soon as we got there they greeted us respectfully, made us feel very welcomed. They did such an amazing job on my toes (it’s hard for me to find someone to do my toes the way I like them) they were never rude to us they were just very nice overall. So happy with the outcome Lisa did my pedicure and she was just very sweet. Will be def coming back !!! My mother had gotten her burgundy Matte nails which she LOVED."

"Went in for eyebrows/lip and dip removal and full set. Eyebrows and lip was fine. I had to walk away from male doing my nails because he could not get white tip to stay on my nail. He went through at least 10 tips.He finally got a few to stay on but they were not placed straight. I decided to stop him after not feeling too confident on what the outcome will be. He became upset and offered to finish and fix any nail that would fall off. I declined. He insisted again but I again refused to let him finish. He became more upset and starting going off about how he has been doing nails for 20 years and that I shouldn’t come do my nails at this place again. I never mentioned anything about his competency in doing nails I just told him that he couldn’t get the nails to stay so I had to stop him. I didn’t want to waste his time or mine. I knew I wouldn’t be happy with the outcome. He told me he would charge me $10 for take off. I was okay with that. He then started taking off nails and then said he would now charge me $15. At that point I just wanted to leave. It was embarrassing, everyone was looking. I paid him $15 for removal. He left my nails like this. Very ugly looking full of glue and clipped crooked. I paid a total of $31 for my eyebrows and lip and take off. I gave lady a tip for her wax work. I have been to this place many times before. First time I felt service was not okay. Service with the older male is why I gave this business 2 stars. Red nail dip when I came in for reference."
