"Normally, a great, inexpensive place for a quick trim for my kiddos before grocery shopping. Our a go-to when not able to get to our son's professional barber. We will not return and vote with our dollars elsewhere. Called corporate due to a very inpatient and unprofessional poor customer service experience with their new manager who has the nose ring. Recommend she takes an interpersonal, customer relations course on professionalism and conflict resolution. As a manager, it is especially important to develop emotional intelligence and your ability to manage people efficiently and without significant friction. She had an attitude and was flustered with a phone call that came in with the person onto another line. She was loud and told the caller rudely I have nothing to do with that you have to go to HR you know HR those are letters and was not kind enough to explain to them that meant Human Resources then ends the call abruptly. S]he takes another call and says there's no one here that speaks spanish. You're going to have to follow the chain of command and then ends the call. I at first felt bad for her because it started to get busy and noticed she was frustrated after those, until she was short and took it out on me and my son. I asked if she could do the baseball haircut mullet look that they did last time we stopped in as it looked like she paused and seemed like she didn't want to cut my sons hair. I asked if our usual lady was there. She went to look and said she wasn't here anymore. Then I said okay well heres the photo and she got agitated and said I don’t know what baseball cut means I proceed to show her a photo and asked if she understood what I meant with the photo. She said, "You know what? I can refuse service to anyone I want so you can leave."

"Great affordable place for haircuts. Use the app to check in and add your name to the waiting list. It gets packed quick. Walk-ins always complain about the wait time. I check-in at home and the app tells me when to start driving over. The only downside to Great Clips in general is that you get whatever stylist is ready. It would be nice to choose your stylist from the app so you can get the same cut every time."

"Sendy did a great job! She sought out my opinion, genuinely listened and explained everything she was doing. She also took time to show me how to style my hair. She is very personable and did not make me feel she was in a rush. You don't find this kind of service and experience very often. I will definitely have Sendy cut my hair again. Love it!"

"Signed in online and was able to get service as soon as I arrived. I cannot remember the lady's name that cut my hair however she did not truly listen to what i wanted. She did what she thought would be best. I am now stuck with hair much, much shorter that I planned. Hair will grow back just not sure that I will give them another try. I think it is extremely important that the staff listen to what you want. You know what your hair will and will not do once you leave the salon."

"The atmosphere was light and fun. The stylists seemed friendly and down to earth . My stylist was friendly and did a great job! I just had a boring trim but she didn’t treat treat me that way! I will come to this location instead of the one close to home. Thanks again !"
