"I had a wonderful pedicure with Hannah today at 11:00 am. Appointment was on time, sterilized instruments, best massage for 10 minutes, they set the timer which was great. I had the scrub, paraffin wax and gel color. My feet look brand new today. Thank you again Hannah. Cost was $62 before tip. I will be back."

"Had a terrible experience my first time here. It started with the guy telling me he didn’t have time to take my existing nails off so he made me wait for someone else available. In the mean time another girl offered to help and she did not soak them off and started to just take them off. I could do that myself. It was painful. I wanted them soaked off. Lastly, it was busy but that is no excuse not to give each person their valued time. When two girls who were waiting started to walk out because the wait was too long, they convinced them to stay and then the girl doing my nails started to speed up. I was getting a tip and instead of drawing the tip on nicely, she painted the whole top half of my nail and then carved the tip out with a brush and acetone. It made blurry, unclean lines. I also asked for a diamond and she completely forgot. I could tell she was in a rush so I didn’t want to say anything but when she was finished and I noticed how blurry the lines were, I asked for it to be fixed. I’m not paying 55 dollars to be unsatisfied. They need to be honest with wait times because while they are trying to get as many people in without them leaving, they lose business from hastily done nails! Take your time and give people what they deserve. Even after it being fixed, the ones aren’t very clean but better than it was."

"I love this nail salon! I have been going to this nail salon for over 3 years for nails, pedicure and waxing. They alway do a great job and care for any needs. I have visited a couple other places out of convenience in the last couple years and always regret it. Worth it every time."

"I need to address the obvious. I’ve thought about posting this for two weeks but after my third tip just now broke off, a review was necessary. The photo. That was 2 days after my fill on a brand new set they did. I can name her but I won’t. She was annoyed and asked what I did to break it. Clearly so rough and had the drill set so high she literally burned my real nail completely off to the skin! Never in my 27 years of having acrylic nails has that EVER happened! Small burns yes. Frustrating but sadly normal. But this!! Unacceptable! She even giggled and said sorry. I still have no idea if I’ll get infected or if my nail will fall off. It’s only been 2 weeks. Since walking in there 4 weeks ago I’ve been in 3 times. 1st time was because my nail tech had Covid so I randomly chose a salon to do my nails until she feels well. The owner lady at the front insisted I get a new set because she felt my nails looked so bad they needed it. I never get new sets! I said no thanks. Let’s just do a backfill but I never take them completely off. She clipped them off without my consent saying she’ll discount it. She was so unbelievably rough that I had to ask for someone else! I’ve also never experienced that ever! Since I chose pink and white I decided to also get my fill there so the pink matched. That’s when the burn happened and since then 3 tips have broken off. Literally just the tip where the plastic was glued on. Had they done a backfill like I requested I may have passed on the bad review but I just can’t in good conscience let someone else go here without knowing. Their product is garbage and 3 staff are extremely rough. If the business decides to deny this I will absolutely name all three of you just so you know. New customers, choose wisely! Salons are a dime a dozen! Ive pic to reference where each tip breaks off! I did have her work around the burn because I can’t leave a paper thin nail as they tore them so thin ripping them off instead of soaking. Still healing!"
