"Took a battery back that "blew up" on me. The person working the counter acted like it was no big deal, and wouldn't offer help at all. (I was covered in acid, and had to ask for a rag or something to wipe some of it off). Took him 30 minutes or so to try and look up my purchase history, to get warranty (I'm a commercial customer). When I was carrying battery inside, dripping with acid, no one was there to help open the door, so more acid got on me trying to open door with no hands. They did have a bag laid out for the battery, but no help in bagging it at all."

"My go to Auto Parts stores, if they don't have it they will get it and usually the same day, performance parts available also."

"Wow! Amazing customer service! Esthela and Derek were super nice and attentive. Got my online order just as expected and also got a battery check because Batteries plus was closed even though online they had made my appointment and taken payment for a new battery! So Derek confirmed the battery was pretty much dead as suspected and I ended up buying the battery there. Super helpful, went out of his way, helped me select the best options for the battery with information on why and what, everything. Love these people!! Totally recommend!"

"Using friend's car, he had a glitch in the computer. The wiper blades wouldn't stop and the blinkers would not turn on. Researched on Google. Drove here and asked the Counter Guy to take neg battery cable off, cause there were no tools in car. Waited 15 min. He put it back on and tightened. It reset computer and everything works like it should now. Thanks O'Reilly!"
