"I got the $44.00 package which included cleaning the windows inside and out. With the shade, I didn't notice there were spots on the front windshield as well as streaks from wiping it down. Because it rained the next day, I did not go back until the following day. I drove in and told them about the spots. The gentleman said I would have to get another wash and turned around and left. I explained I had just got it done and they had not cleaned the window properly. He said you got it done two days ago, so get another wash or leave. I don't believe this is the way to treat or KEEP customers."
"I have been coming here for 4 months with my truck on a monthly plan...now all of a sudden I can't come through with the same stuff in my bed that has been in the bed the whole time. This doesn't make sense to me. The one employee tells me that they were not supposed to let me go through because I have a fuel tank that is mounted in the bed. But I've been going through for 4 months and it has been back there the whole time. Never has anything flown out of the back of my truck and caused any damage to any other car or their equipment."

"Very polite and professional. They folded my mirrors to make sure nothing got caught in the spinners. The auto tracks make it nice to put it in neutral and go along for the ride. Everything was great! Did their haunted Halloween event and everyone was wonderful! The owner even checked on us as we exited. Loved it!"
