I felt very welcomed by all the friendly, professional staff, from the receptionist, the assistants, the dentist,the hygienist, and the insurance coordinator. Having worked in dental for over 30 years, I have high expectations from an office to provide quality care. My first visit was exceptional, Dr. Crosby listened and addressed my concerns , did a thorough exam, then communicated everything well to me and to the hygienist, so she would be up to speed. My hygienist was wonderful, did a thorough, yet gentle cleaning. I told my friend he needs to call and switch to them! I can't speak to their restorative or crown work, etc yet, and hopefully I won't need any. I highly recommend this dental practice."
