Cost Cutters

"The quality of the haircuts I've received has gone down a lot from when I first started going here. The stylists, now, are only allowed 20 mins for a haircut from start to finish. My last haircut was 2 weeks ago and it was the worst haircut I ever had. I will not be going back. I do not recommend Cost Cutters. They don't care about their clients or their stylists."

"I recently went to this location for a hair cut without an appointment as the online scheduling tool was down. I was told when I arrived that, fair enough, they were not accepting walk ins for the rest of the day. I am fine that they couldn't accommodate my request but the staff member was rude and off-putting. Everybody has an off day, but my experience was so unpleasant that I won't go back. I went down the street to Supercuts and found the staff to be far more welcoming."

"Do not recommend this place! Monica was quite rude. We were scheduled for 2:30, had to wait a long time before we started and did not even get an apology. The cut came out un-even. On top of that, the styling was very bad. It was inconsistent and some areas were not properly blow dried. It’s clear to tell that this place does not value their customers and will just rush to get them out."

"Why would you schedule an appointment for 1:30pm and have me still sitting here till 2:40pm waiting and no one’s even communicating on how much longer I’ll have to wait. Unbelievable. One hair dresser has been on their phone for 30mins she could have definitely had my son’s face done by now. Lost my business. I recommend other ppl avoid this location as well."
