He is trustworthy, reasonably priced and has really gone the extra mile. Needed repairs never come at a good time for anyone, but it had become something that really stressed me out because I could no longer do the work myself and have had some “not so great” experiences elsewhere. "I really hate to give this place a one star. Staff is amazing and they even gave us a big pack of baseball gum for free. They are so nice! My complaint comes from a safety point of view. We took our Honda there to get the tire fixed. All looked good, we make it home. Next day we go to work. My significant other takes the freeway to work and he just happened to forget his phone and came back. As soon as he pulled out of the parking space, the wheel came off . My person could have been on the freeway when that happened and that would have lead to a horrible accident, a life threatening one at that. When he called to let them know they responded with "That was one of my concerns". So you knew this could happen?! They said that the screws or something on there where stripped and would have need to be replaced. You should have called and told us, we would have paid for the new ones! Yes, they did offer a free tow to the shop, but would still charge for the fix. We had to take some time before posting the review as this was just something we needed to process. It really is great here, we've came twice before, this was just the 1 very bad experience or us."
