"I went in tonight and the lady tall older lady with short blond hair was so rude and had no patience. Was rushing me to pay saying my coupons did not work when I always use the same website for coupons. She gave my son a bowl haircut and was getting mad that I said to please blend it. She told me it’s in style and they call it an Edgar haircut when there is clearly no such haircut besides kids making fun of Hispanic kids hairstyles. The Second Lady was not rude but I told her to cut an inch off the top of my older son and she cut 4 inches off and he was crying so hard because of how short his hair is and really it’s not even at all so I was actually mad about it too but didn’t realize it inside because I was trying tell this other lady to fix my sons bowl haircut and she was getting mad and rude my son even said that lady was mean because he seen the way she was acting so I paid $40 for the worst haircuts I seen in my life. I could have cut there hair for it to look the at they do. I can’t even believe they would let someone walk out of there ship like that and to be able to go to sleep at night is just sickening. I’m so pissed that I let them do this to my sons hair and even more more pissed at how upset my sons are and that they are crying there eyes out embarrassed to go to school tomorrow. I’m really going to go further with this issue because no business should be able to do that or treat me the way she did because I said to blend it. And because I wanted use coupons. I’m really in shock that I just experienced this."

"Highly satisfied with results, but why is it everytime I go in your prices go up? Prices are now $19.00 for a ten minute haircut whereas prices were just $12.00 less than two years ago. Unfortunately this just hurts the ladies doing the cutting as in lower tips. Also, all Great Clips should honor military discounts."
