"My boyfriend’s haircut was pretty botched on the neckline. Hector shaved off too much on one side and it was uneven. He didn't say anything about it. My boyfriend didn't notice as he couldn't see the back of his head. I didn't notice until we left and I saw how uneven it was. We thought about going back, but even if he shaves the other side it would just look ridiculous and his college graduation is coming up. It was only a $20 cut in 15 minutes, I think if someone makes an irreparable mistake they shouldn't even charge $20. Or at least we wouldn't have tipped 25%. I hate to leave a bad review, but I wish this mistake were handled better."
