"My son's perm came out awful. She didn't follow our directions on how much to perm. When my son explained the taper fade he wanted she was confused. Thus, we elected to not have it cut there. We went to a salon today who confirmed how Terrible the perm is. It is very uneven and emberassing. He is refusing to be seen by friends or school. The fact that an entire salons staff stopped what they were doing to see his hair should tell you how baffled they were at the work that was done. We will never return. Stylists should listen to their patrons and if they aren't good at what service selected schedule with someone else!"
