"Let me 1st start off by saying I totally understand going to "low cost" establishments you shouldn't expect high end results... That being said I visited this location today 3/8/24 mind you my hair was pass my waist I requested about a little over an inch be taken off and long layers, now I've had this style for years, many hair stylists have had no issues completing the request and I'm always very content with the results not so much today!! The stylist was cordial yes and professional in that she wasn't rude at all, but really didn't make any conversation or any effort for conversation. She took about 10 maybe 15 minutes total time then when I clearly was not excited about the results and explained what I was looking for instead of correcting the issue or even asking if I wanted her to fix it she explained if she did the layers I wanted it would look "choppy" it's never looked choppy before when I've had it done... I have my nieces wedding tomorrow and I had my hair cut specifically for that but honestly I should have gone somewhere else and maybe paid more to have better results!!"

"This location was busy this morning! There was only one young lady working. She really did an awesome job, answering the phone, keeping good time with cutting hair and doing great job on the cut. She stayed calm and happy throughout! Denise did over and beyond today!"

"I went to a hairstylist with a photo for reference, aiming for a specific haircut with well-done length adjustment and hair thinning. While the overall cut was good, the requested curtain bangs turned into much shorter bangs, barely above my eyelids. I tried to stay calm, hoping that blow-drying might help, but unfortunately, my bangs ended up severely cut. I had a feeling the stylist rushed at the end due to someone waiting, despite the salon having a full staff. I wouldn't recommend this place due to my experience."

"Asked for a simple trim and the cosmetologist parted my hair down the middle, gathered all of my hair to the back, and cut straight across. She did not even point cut. So my hair is roughly two inches longer in the front than the back and looks so choppy. She literally had me in and out of her chair in 4 minutes."
