"I came here and spent over $100 on hair products. I did it in two separate transactions. It was right at closing time. I was double charged for the same transaction twice. I’ve been calling Waba to get my money back and all I get told is to call back tomorrow to speak to a manager. The snobby little girl that answers the phone has the nerve to give me an attitude like I’m the one in the wrong. I asked her for her name so I could let the manager know about how she was acting and the idiot had the nerve to tell me no I can’t have her name. You will not get away with treating customers this way! I bring Waba and Lee’s A LOT of business so this type of behavior from this little snot nose child is uncalled for!!!"
