"If I could give Turn Downtown 10 stars I would. I am new to Tucson and desperately needed to get my. brows done. I am always nervous about trying someone new but my previous eyebrow expert lives in Austin. I found Turn Downtown through a Google search and chose it because it's female owned and local. MY EXPERIENCE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It was like walking through the gates of heaven. Crystal greeted me at the door, gave me a full tour of the place, and made me feel so comfortable. She had me select different scents from the relaxation room while she set up the eyebrow station. We talked and chatted like we had known one another for years. I almost felt like I'd had a facial because the whole experience was so relaxing and luxurious! Crystal not only gave me some incredible looking brows, she also told me about a number of spots for local activities since I'm new to the area.
