"Fati has always accommodated my protective hair styling needs for years now and has always done her best to ensure I got the hair style I wanted. I drive from Sierra Vista to Tucson for service and someone is always there when I arrive. Prices are always relatively high but I’m not sure I’d find them less anywhere else at a time like this so I don’t cry about it. I would recommend her to others. They do a good job and they’re fast. My hair lasts pretty long."

"Had an appointment at 4:00 pm. no one was able to work on my hair so I waited an hour before someone started doing my hair. Took them 3 and a half hours to finish. Lady who started had to leave so someone else joined in after. They never tell you the price before you get there and then try to charge you at least $100 for something you never wanted. They’ll complain and say that your hair is the problem. Their one hair dryer was broken so they couldn’t to even comb my hair properly. Whole experience extremely painful. Never coming back. No one should come to this place."
