"Went in for a same day appointment I had made for 11 am with a Paola . When I arrived some other worker told me that Paola was on her way and that she was usually about 10-15 min late , given this is at 11am don’t they open at 10am? So then I’m like okay so I sit down and 15 min go by and I ask the workers if they know how much longer it’s going to take and one of them steps to the side to call her and she comes back after about 15 min to tell me that Paola might not show up bc she may be in Phoenix . Like if that had anything to do with my business like she should have just told me that from the jump so I wouldn’t have had to wait for over 30 min . Apparently no one was tracking were this lady Paola was at . They had terrible customer service and I was basically stood up after waiting for 30 min . I was told Paola didn’t check if she had any appointments or she didn’t close her appointment access online .either way will never come back"

"Went in for a trim. Paola literally cut like an inch and a half straight across off. Didn't do the usual pull up and end trim like a normal stylist would do. There was no hair cut style. Literally just cut straight across. Wanted to request she thin out because I have thick course and a lot of hair and I usually get it thinned out and curtain bangs. Didn't request any as she literally rushed to get me out of there because one stylist didn't show and she fell behind. Asked for a long bob but she sighed and made a comment about how she'd have to dry and style it for that, she seemed bothered. Her face and tone said it all. I literally felt like this huge bother for her when I walked in. I had called ahead and she had told me about an hour and that's when I showed up. I was a walk in and I 100% understand appointments but there were plenty other stylists I would have gladly waited for but instead just kinda threw me in there in between hers. She could have just been straight up and I would have left elsewhere from the get go or let someone else cut it. Someone else washed my hair and I was in her chair getting my hair cut that took a total of less than 10 minutes. LITERALLY was less than 10 minutes, I timed it. Never in my life has anyone taken less than 10 minutes to cut or trim my hair. Now I did request she not dry and style it at the end as I usually go home and shower but $55 dollars for a literal straight across trim of an inch and a half, not thinned out, nothing else and not blow dried and styled is ridiculous and overpriced. So disappointed because I had been following her page and work for a while and was looking forward to it but man did I leave super disappointed. Definitely not going back and most definitely don't recommend."

"It’s nice place and have to drive over 20 min but honestly This place makes your hair fall out! Many people have had this experience by specifically Paola… would not recommend. and not only that whatever she did she doesn’t care about your hair or what’s gonna happen after .. the minute you leave the salon .. i don’t like to write bad review but I don’t want you to have the same problem.. be careful seems the material they use it’s so bad"

"So I went online and saw an ad saying bayalage 100$ bayalage or cut and saw pictures of hair in the ad and made an appointment. But when I show up for that appointment they turned me away saying they couldnt do it. Even tho I had messages stating what I wanted and what my hair looked like. Whoever texted me about the service didnt bother to notify me the style that I wanted they couldnt do. It's also not helpful to have that style of hair on the ad but than say it's not the service they're providing so either take it down, or clarify this is cut 100$ or bayalage. I could've went somewhere else and not have wasted the gas or time thinking I was getting a good deal."
