"It had been far too long since my last haircut- so long I cut it myself a few times between professional haircuts. Went in as a walk in and had a very short wait before Daena brought me back to wash me up, give my hair a significant cut (I have waist length very very thick hair) and style it so I could get some headshots done that afternoon. I walked out in about an hour, which impressed me, because we never felt rushed and I absolutely love what she did! I had a photo for her to go off of and she did perfect work- I’m so excited! Definitely would recommend her! Great to chat with too!"

"Have been a life long customer with great experiences, wanted my normal one length cut with face framing that started above my eyebrown and she said she couldn't do it. She suggested curtain bangs which I agreed to and I regret this. This cut can't be right, its super piecey with mixed lengths. I don't recognize any of the hairdressers there, new staff? New management? Pick a different location. Also hair dresser did not do a one length cut, she brushed all my hair back and did a stright across cut. If you're unsure leave and ask another hairdresser if they can give you what you're looking for. Update: they don't respond on the customer service email."
