"I have been going to this place for the last couple of years. I just adore Heidi! She takes her time and listens to me. She cuts my hair and also waxes my eyebrows, When the place is not busy and she is able to take her time she delivers nothing short of perfection. If you are wanting something new or need her to adjust something she is open minded. I can't speak for other people's experience but I have always had a good experience. The only thing I would suggest is that they offer their clients a bottle of water or something to drink."

It was to be a straight no frills cut across my hair. I came home to strands longer in places that should have been even with the rest...I was hoping for a positive experience as a new customer. It was not."
