"I tried to schedule for a haircut and highlights 3 separate times. I always scheduled a few weeks ahead of time due to my own schedule. Then after waiting weeks for the appointment, 2 days before it would get canceled because there wasn't enough time to do both. Even when I scheduled at 9 am. Happened 3 times in a row before I gave up. Poor customer service"

"I’ve been seeing Jacquie for about 10 years and I have a great appreciation for her talent. She’s is so kind, an amazing listener, incredibly funny and ALWAYS on time. She never disappoints! The staff are equally impressive with their patience & kindness. Anyone (Karen Kahn) who wants to rant about the size & look of a receptionist, or bash their stylist because you think you’re more important, your time is more valuable or you work harder than anyone else… you don’t deserve this incredibly special space. JSW should do client reviews… I wonder what they would say about you and clients like you… Good luck in the future! (Karen)"

"Very disappointing. Got an extremely mediocre haircut from Jackie. Have curly hair and asked for layers and did not get them. Now I'm rocking a Christmas tree. And I paid $70 for that. Front desk woman (on the larger side, older, dark hair) was also incredibly rude when letting me know that the hair stylist was running behind. I suggest going literally anywhere else."

"Had my first wavy/dry cut from Robert and it was great, plus he provided a lot of tips and tricks I wasn’t aware of. My hair is looking so much better after the cut and changing up my routine. Highly recommend"

"It's hard to find a new stylist when you move to a new city, but I believe I've done it on my first attempt thanks to Jacqueline at JSW! I have wavy/curly hair that's hella quirky, so I did a little research on curly-hair experts and came across JSW the Style Lounge. I appreciated how they had a specific appointment option for Type 2 curls. I decided to schedule with the boss herself (Jacqueline), and I'm so glad I did! She handled my waves/curls expertly, and when I hesitatingly called a few days later because I actually wanted the front a little shorter, she got me in for a quick adjustment that was exactly what I wanted (woohoo!), and best of all, she did so with no judgment, all kindness and awesome customer service. Susan, whom I spoke with on the phone a few times regarding scheduling, was also super pleasant and helpful. I look forward to going back!"
