"First time having my hair cut in 3 years, and the first time going to this salon. My husband scheduled an appointment for me as a birthday gift. I arrived to a very welcoming environment and a very pleasant experience. I was scheduled with Lauren, who was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. We talked about what I wanted, and she listened intently and made suggestions, and really understood my needs. I typically have my hair thinned out a lot since it is very thick and sometimes unmanageable. This is the first time in about 20 years that I didn't have to ask for my hair to be thinned more because it hadn't been thinned enough. It has been a few days since my appointment, and I am just as pleased with it today as I was leaving the salon that day. I would absolutely recommend not only Lauren but the salon as well."
