"This is sad. I liked coming here the first 2 times but for some reason, professionalism dropped dramatically. Suddenly, the nail technician doesn't pay attention to me while using the drill; I had to flinch my hand away twice, just to get her attention. Also, she only wants to put one coat if clear polish on (I've been getting my nails done for 35 years and haven't seen this). Lazy and irresponsible. Bottom line--- they lost me."

"Worst pedicure I've ever had... Left here and went to another salon just to repaint my toes. (Even asked politely for them to be redone here....) they made them look worse. I was literally in shock. Really, really....disappointed. I get a pedi every 2 weeks and they looked better before this pedicure."
