"I love Precious Nails. This woman did I nails in 45 mins, and they look damn good. I will definitely be back!"
"I took my daughter and myself for a mani/pedi before school starts. An older woman did my mani/pedi. She took her time and did a good job for the most part (I just got clear on my fingers and it peeled off the next day - which not THAT big of deal because you can’t see it anyway). Foot and hand massage was great. The problem came at the end when she charged me the wrong price - by double - also NOT A BIG DEAL -it was a mistake that is easily corrected. The problem was the younger woman (Owner maybe?) came over and berated her in their home language (oh I could tell it wasn’t good) then looked at me and gestured “she’s crazy” by circling her finger by her temple. I the. Said it was no big deal it’s just a mistake that can easily be fixed but she didn’t stop. She then rudely told her to go away so the older woman went back to her current client, humiliated. The younger woman then looked at me and said “she’s old” clearly appalled or disgusted she would make such a mistake. I felt so bad for the woman who did my nails and was embarrassed I may have caused her this humiliation from her boss because I pointed out the error (she had forgotten to use my gift certificates, but had torn them in half as if used). I did make sure to walk over to her before I left and tell her what a good job she did. I won’t go back based on the behavior of the younger woman towards the woman who made the mistake. She was in no way kind and I won’t watch that abuse anymore. Disgusting. Amazing how behavior, even by someone who looks beautiful on the outside can have such ugliness on the inside. ** As for your response that you were tired….. it was still not a kind response to your employee/co-worker who was doing the best she could. She just made a mistake that could easily be corrected, and I wasn’t upset with her. It was a mistake! No, you didn’t SAY she was crazy, but you absolutely gestured it. You DID say “she’s old” in perfect English, as if that explained her mistake. Tired or not, you were rude and unkind to her - I hope she’s not a relative of yours as well and that’s just how you treat her. Just remember someday you will also be “old” as you say………..how would YOU want to be treated?"
"I had a wonderful experience with your service today. You accepted my other appointment and finished my nails after my appointment. I love the way they came out. I will be returning for appointments in the future."
"The place is definitely run down and needs a good HGTV makeover. The prices are more competitive than most but there is only one reason this is my go to place… it’s because My Linh is the best! I moved here from out of state and have tried at least six other nail salons, I will always come back to her. Best nail tech in the city!"
"Wanted to try the salon out since most salons charge upwards of $30 for a pedicure these days. Basic pedicure is $22 & is definitely BASIC. It does the job but don’t expect anything luxurious. My tootsies are in much better shape than they were when I went in & the polish is super cute."
