"My girls asked for a trim. One of them had a out 6 inches chopped off the other lost about a foot of hair. Their hair was down to their butt now it's at their shoulder blades. That is not the definition of a "trim". Also one of my girls has super thick hair and she wanted it layered and to end in V. No layers no V, just chopped off. The stylist was pleasant though."

"Was gonna donate to the wigs for kids program, hair wasn't long enough gone, but then she ended up giving me a haircut that was absolutely trash. I said I wanted a comb over cut she completely shaved where I would part my hair, completely trash haircut, but we have a policy don't like your hair it'll be free, great now I have to wear a hat and let it grow to even get to where it supposed to be, this last completely messed my hair up. Don't go here."

"Everyone I come here there's always something wrong with my hair. It's very rare they get it right. All I ever ask for is a haircut. Nothing special, straight across cut on length, no shaping around face either. This time I was asked if I wanted layers, hesitant I said short layers. NO PROBLEM she says. Biggest mistake. My top "layer" isn't blended at all. It just very prominently sits on top of the bottom layer. I can roll my hair side to side and see the layer. When I tried to style my hair the top layer wouldn't even blend into the bottom that way either. I'm so embarrassed of my hair. I discovered yesterday putting it in a high pony was even worse, and I wear my hair up for work, so I was even angrier when I saw how uneven it was. I'm scared to go back but they need to fix this for free. After that I'll never return. No wonder they are cheap. Their employees have no skill."

"I walked in for a haircut... No appointment last night. The check-in was very easy. They only needed my phone number and name. They also give you the option to check-in online if you rather. I walked in because of the $7.99 advertised haircut sale. They were fairly busy in the evening, but my wait was less than 20 minutes. I had 6 people in front of me, but some opted to skip their turn because they were waiting for a certain hairstylist. I thought the price was a great bargin considering the regular price was $15 dollars (regular price for children and seniors is $13 dollars). Apparently the sale comes about twice a year when it's time to go back to school. They will do haircuts, hair style, deep conditioning, and perms, but not color. Clients last night were women, men, and children. The most requested person was Tina. The place was friendly and clean. The sale ends soon. I would recommend as a great place for a quick haircut."
