"We saw Emily and my teenage son absolutely loves his hair. She took the time to listen to what he wanted and looked at pictures. Did an amazing job the rest of the day he kept saying "I really like my hair it's exactly what I wanted. It's a flattering hair cut, it just looks so nice." She will definitely be doing his hair in the future!"

"Mixed review. Loved this salon in the beginning but due to a lack of professionalism recently will not return. They do not stand by the quality of their products and change policy on a whim. Be careful with Sara. I had color fall out twice after 1-2 shampoos. The first time she offered to stabilize it with a different color application and she blew dry it. Didn't charge as a 'fix' and I left a tip to thank her for that. The second time the same thing happened after spending 265.00 (inc tip) on color including a base color tx, the color fell out after 2 shampoos, she suggested I come in but this time it would be 120.00 including the blow dry (80.00). What what? I ended up right back to where I started - spent 265.00 (wasted) and I guess this time she changed her mind about fixing it. In my experience, if something changes, the salon usually communicates this ahead of time. And if color falls out after 2 shampoos, they usually take responsibility. It's a bummer because I think we do get attached to our stylists and don't expect them to treat us this way."

"We were able to walk in on a Tuesday afternoon. My husband and I both got our hair trimmed. Very nice stylist. She recommended Locale Restaurant which we tried today with great success."

I got an amazing haircut today by Brianna, she really listened to me and she knew exactly what the trends are! She blew me away with how friendly she was and how she was explaining everything she was doing, and teaching me along the way on how to style my new hair. Everyone was so friendly!
