"I booked an appointment for a hair consultation with @ninacutshair for 10am she rescheduled for 11am no problem at all, I get there at 11 & she was still working on a client which again is not a problem at all I understand she’s booked up. Although, I waited 45 minutes & she did not acknowledge me at ALL & that was the problem, even though I waited 45 minutes she could’ve easily at LEAST approached me & communicated that she was busy to come another time or simply don’t come at all anything would’ve been ok as long as she ACKNOWLEDGED me she didn’t privately message me after words either just completely acting like I don’t exist till this day. I never leave reviews but this was really unprofessional I hope no one else has this issue."

"I came in with my hair looking as shown on this picture. I asked Melissa for partial highlights, which I’ve gotten for years. She began looking through my hair and making faces. She said my hair was dry and all different colors and partial highlights would not work. I then asked her if she had any suggestions and she kept making faces and asked to sign a waiver. I asked her if she felt comfortable working on my hair at all, and she said no. I was probably in there no more than 5 minutes and realized that I was facing incompetence. I said I didn’t feel comfortable with her working on my hair neither.. and frankly I have never had any hairstylist criticize my hair and appear so insecure. and unprofessional...and to sign a waiver tells me that she doesn't trust herself. She had no suggestions neither which is questionable. Not to mention her false sense of superior self worth based on her demeanor and tone of voice."
