"I went to this salon for the first time to get a gel manicure a couple of weeks ago. I will start by saying they did a great job, and I was happy when I left. A couple of days after my appointment, 3 of my cuticles started turning red and hurting. They kept getting more painful and swollen, so I finally went to urgent care a couple of days ago. They confirmed that I had an infection in 3 of my cuticles and gave me an antibiotic to treat them. I did call the salon and let them know what happened and they were very apologetic, and asked if there was anything they can do. While everyone was very nice and did a great job, I do question their cleanliness so will not be returning."

"Im happy for my nails the lady make it is the one wearing the glasses, i didn’t read any reviews before coming here I just remember it’s near in my hotel Im staying. I have a very short nails and making it longer is hard for me, and since I wanna try having long nails this my first time doing deep powder, I choose the pinkish natural look, I forget the number of the powder but the cost is 50usd, I request to put a white tip add cost of 10usd I pay 60usd. I don’t mind cause Im happy and i really like it, Im just hoping it will stay for weeks as they said. The only thing is I had my ring finger bleeding for scrubbing the nails and hit my skin see in the pictures but she’s apologized , I can put ointment on it and I still give her 25usd tip. I usually spend 200 bucks for my nails in NC so I guess this one is great prices. Place is nice, the lady greet me is sweet. Not busy during afternoon on Tuesday. Parking is available but if your around the area walking is easy very near in CVS and Starbucks. Now I can enjoyed a lady look like hand than my short little girl nails while on travel."

"I was very excited to try this salon as I had been searching for a good one in Tucson for a while. However, I did not have a good experience. First of all, I was given trouble because I had acrylics and was told they would not have time to take them off, even though I made an appointment and there were only 2 customers total in the salon while I was there. Second, it's been one week and my gel is already peeling. Not worth the price."

"My mother, sister, and I had a great experience with Nails by Yen! We have searched a long time to find a nail salon we love and this is it! The staff is so kind and very professional. Everything is very well cleaned. We all got manicures and pedicures which were great! The foot and leg massage was so relaxing! I made a mistake when calling and scheduling and did not tell them my mother and I both wanted acrylics and she still was so kind and worked us both into her schedule! I even messed up one of my toes after we left and they fixed it for me the next day no problem. This is a great place and at a reasonable and great value. Thank you Nails by Yen we will be back soon!"

"This is my second time coming to this establishment and I have not been disappointed in either encounters. Every time I go, I am greeted with kindness and smiles. The appointments have started exactly on time and when I show the picture for my desired nail style it is executed. Prices are reasonable and I will definitely be back. These are my natural nails in the photo with an acrylic overlay and gel added at the top of my nails for color"
