"If I could give 0 stars I would. Employee named Nancy was very rude and hurried us up when I tried to change my email because it was wrong in the system. Claimed she was “tired”. No need to be rude. Asked for me to say my email then proceeded to ignore me and talk into the headset and act like she didn’t hear me. I repeated myself multiple times, didn’t even ask me to verify it just said it was done and said have a good night. There was no one behind me!!!!!! Shouldn’t work with customers if you can’t do your job!"

"I usually only hop on here for positive review, so this is a bummer. If you’re not from around here you should know that this location is awful, I live on this side of town and would rather drive to a farther one. I was so excited for it to open in this area but to go in and have employees be so rude is crazy. Today I was looking at the travel perfumes and this guy came over acting like he was looking for something and talking on his head set and got right in front of me like I wasn’t even there until I ultimately moved. I can only assume he thought I was stealing. The same guy was rude to my friend who was buying cologne. A cashier was rude to my friend and another stepped in front of her like she wasn’t even there, seemed to be a trend. Any time I needed help no one was around. I get that the holidays get stressful but treating people like that right off the bat is just not acceptable. I will say that my cashier Liliana was nice and wish the rest of the staff was more like her."

"I’ve contemplated on getting my hair dyed because of a bad experience I had with bleaching… I finally decided to try it again so I took a chance with Ulta salon on Calle Santa Cruz Tucson,AZ I must say I am a happy client! My stylist was Melissa!….I showed her a picture and that is the exact way my hair came out without being damaged I LOVE IT! she is amazing at what she does! She is friendly, talkative and provides great customer service! I would 100% recommend her to anyone."
