"Do not get your nails done here I got a bad bacterial infection after getting my nails done with luxe nails when I called and told them I got an infection from them and needed a refund they told me they didn’t do refunds and basically didn’t care about the situation they just hung up with me while on the phone. My toe is in a lot of pain and yellow puss is coming from underneath my nail completely disgusting."

"I had called yesterday to get pricing on a ombré fill and was told $45. It’s first come first serve to I arrive close to opening and got seated right away but waited a bit for my technician. I got a fill and one nail replace, was charged $55. $45 for the fill, $5 for the replaced nail, & $5 for the length… I didn’t understand why I would get charged for my length, it was a fill and I have an average length so she didn’t even go more than half way down. Just the pink in the picture, no white layer redone or anything. I questioned that but just paid. Then you also get charged 2% for using a card. So I tipped regardless and went on my way. I do have quite a bit of bumps from not getting all the shavings off and the replace nail is noticeable to me but overall okay, just won’t be going back."

"The pedicure was okay and I got the color I wanted but my full set was horrible. I asked for what I thought was a simple French tip. I end up leaving with a pink base coat because for whatever reason the French tip could not be executed. Rushed shaping and filing and then telling me she couldn’t do the color I wanted because they didn’t have it? Then proceeds to tell me she can file down the awful pink she applied and I can pick a different color for the base. Aside from that the French tips she attempted to do over the pink were sloppy so I didn’t have much confidence in their work after that. Very disappointed with my experience here and the money I wasted. I will attach photos of what I wanted and what I ended up leaving with"
