"I normally have a great experience at Hollywood nails. In fact two of the workers there do such a great job I drive 40 minutes to head there to get my nails done instead of staying in my home town. This time however the owner Tony worked on my nails for the first time and I had a terrible experience with him. He was pushy, irritated, impatient and kept throwing my hand around. When he was done my nails looked terrible he tried to overcharge me ten dollars while intentionally blocking the price chart behind him. When I asked why the extra ten he got instantly irritated and raised his voice to yell out how he had to do so much extra work on my nails ( which was not true). then he said fine, just pay me the normal amount and when I agreed. He got so upset. I have told so many people about this place, unfortunately after today we won’t be coming back."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Tony, the manager is by far the most efficient, skilled, and professional Nail Artist I have ever had do my nails. He pays very close attention to detail in his work. Went two times and both times was blown away by my nails. Did I mention you won’t be there all day long. Tony does his job quick and you will not leave upset. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! "Absolutely wonderful! The first time I came Lee serviced my nails and did a beautiful job, shaping and not pressuring me to add anymore than what I wanted. Thank you Lee. This October my mother and I came in for my wedding nails and Tony serviced me this time. What a pleasant gentleman, he did such a wonderful job, thank you Tony! Mimi did my mom’s nails and this woman is very picky and indecisive and Mimi made my mom so happy she loved her nails! Thank you Mimi! I wish I can remember the older man that did my mom’s toes and he really took his time on her, massaging and detailing. I know u know who u are he literally put her to sleep! lol It’s been two weeks and my nails still look amazing! I’ll definitely be rescheduling with Tony! Picture of my hands with my moms was when they were first done and the single hand is today, more than two weeks later!"

"Zero stars. I am sick and tired of these low end shops here in Tucson. I've lived in all areas of the u.s. I got not 1, 2 but 3 infections. I gave it a chance. They guy insulted the previous nail tech. I rather have a new tech than a guy who thinks he is the best. He in fact. Told me to wash my hands with out soap. I foolishly followed instructions. My thumb hurt, so I removed the nail... my finger hurt so I removed the nail. OK I'm fine. My pinky nail popped off. It was green. I have a handful of nail technicians that can testify and did not give me a bacteria. Do not come here. They need to learn how to be clean not pretty!"
